Here's my take on it
Nestled in a serene locale, this gem offers a cozy atmosphere and cute staff. Enjoy free coffee and snacks while relaxing in your super clean and comfortable room. The pool area is perfect for unwinding, too! Excellent access to local attractions makes this an ideal holiday retreat.

As for me, the location was magnificent, close to the Night Bazaar and also the old city, Wat Sri Suphan and Close to shops. My double room with great air con and tasteful decoration was well-appointed and immaculately clean.

Stayed here with my parent and everything was great. Everyone was very very helpful and amiable as well as owner. Enjoyed the location convenient to go airport. Hai ya district was worth exploring. Their food was local with a great selection of meals. I had a wonderful stay at this hip new hotel.

The room was less of a 'luxury escape' and more of a 'let's just put up with this. ' And honestly, who thought soundproofing was optional? The shower pressure fluctuated like a bad mood. Just couldn't.

The complimentary snacks and drinks were a good touch, made my stay feel extra special, and the coffee maker provided was a great way to start each day!
I did notice that the hotel walls are quite thin, and I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms and the corridor at times.

Good small hotel with modern design. Amiable staff and the room well-appointed and perfectly clean with the bedroom and rainfall shower, as example. Absolutely perfect and excellent location to stay outside of the crowdy old town, nice restaurants in the local area. Characterful base for exploring Chiang Mai.

The coffee maker was a good surprise, but the wifi could be spotty sometimes.

missingWrote a review on 08 Novlate check-in
Check-in can be a drag, especially for early arrivals. Waiting for rooms can feel lengthy with no option to settle in right away. Plastic shampoo and shower gel containers felt cheap and slippery .

I had the best time here! The coffee maker was a game changer, serving delicious coffee every morning, and the complimentary snacks and drinks made my stay feel extra special. Just a heads up, the noise from neighboring rooms was a bit bothersome at times, but overall I’d definitely come back for the comfy rooms and great amenities.

great stay with attentive staff
The staff enhanced our stay with their warmth and kindness, even decorating our room for my birthday. The room was modern and clean, providing all the essentials we needed. We enjoyed a lovely mountain view every morning.
Check-in was a bit slower than we hoped, hard to settle in right away.

It was just a fine choice for a swift visit in Chiang Mai with great value for money. The staff were friendly and helped me find a great local food spot that I would've missed otherwise. Consider using ride-sharing apps if you plan on exploring the city since the public transportation isn't very close.
